Warranty
Luski Kiteboarding guarantees its products from defects in construction for a period of ninety (90) days from the purchase date.
The present guarantee is subject to the following limitations:
• The guarantee has value if the product is used for the normal practice of the kite and has no validity if the kite is used for training or rental purposes.
• The guarantee does not cover damages caused by negligence, abuse or any other abnormal use of the product.
• The guarantee is not valid for resale.
In case of controversy in guarantee matter Luskikiteboarding reserves the righ of judgment and the right to decide about the application of the guarantee. Luskikiteboarding also reserves the right of inspecting or/and request photos of defective materials.

In case the damage is deemed to fall within the terms of the guarantee, Luskikiteboarding will reimburse all shipment expenses.
Other forms of guarantee with the exception of what aforementioned do not exist.
