Snowboard construction technology with ABS rails: Board structure full vacuum laminated and ABS rails provide an incredible strength to the board and a fantastic curving without compromising the safety features of the board.
Flex Control Zone: fiber orientation of the composed structure and a core properly designed with CAD-CAM gives a bilanced flex to the board, bugless and extremely reative.
Airex 90 Core Shaped with Computer Ccontrolled Machine:
The production of each board is accurately performed with a triple axis computer controlled mill enable to produce an extremely precise surface matching the computer design. This process, together with the use of a certified Airex 70 core of higher quality than the standard Airex 70, assures a first quality high sturdiness and performance product.
INOX Inserts: the inox inserts assure a better resistance to sea water scaling and rusting, preventing, contrary to the brass inserts, unproperly screwing of the fixing screws which can damage the insert thread. Furthermore thanks to the double stance, it is possible to choise either the distance or the pads inclination.
Biax Fibers Lamination: Biaxial fibers lamination masterly oriented along the board, give a flex and resistance of undoubtedly quality.
Concave Hull - Flat Tail:* The surface of the board within the footpads presents a generous concave to guarantee a good stiffness in this section for easier planning giving a precise curving. The flat tips permit an easier flex of the tail providing an easy to handle board dampening vibration and chops hits.
UV High resistance PA films: New grafic films applied on the board guarantee an excellent colored board and a good resistance against UV ray ageing without compromise.
Such films give a lighter solution resulting in a saving of about 30% in weight compared to the classic PBT film used in other products.
Reduced Weight better performance:* Thanks to the innovative and exclusive vacuum displacement resin infusion process we can dose with precision the ratio resin/fiber which constitutes the structural part of each board.
With this procedure we can produce lighter boards without affecting the overall resistance.
